Keansburg is a compact bayfront borough on Raritan Bay in northern Monmouth County, best known for its boardwalk amusement park and beach. - Building and compacting a thicker stone layer.

Low bayfront lots usually have wet, soft ground just below the surface. We excavate past the soft layer where we can, compact what remains, and build a thicker stone base so the asphalt is not resting on mud. We also match the driveway to the street grade so water runs out to the road instead of collecting at the house.
Many Keansburg lots are tiny. Can you fit a two-car driveway on a narrow lot?
Sometimes. It depends on the lot width, setbacks and how much of the yard the borough lets you cover. We can lay out options such as a longer single-lane drive or a modest widening, but check the borough's coverage rules first so the plan is approved before any digging.
